“I’ve been training with Jack for almost a year now, and believe he is one of the most experienced & committed trainers I’ve met. I started training once a week, as part of a group Muay Thai session, really enjoyed the variety & challenge he put into the workout. Then I decided to go for personal one-on-one general sessions to prepare for my upcoming wedding. Jack is focused on helping me accomplish my goals and makes every session challenging (& somehow fun). My endurance has increased noticeably and I’ve seen improvements in my ability to complete more sit-ups/core exercises, lift heavier weights & generally push myself harder throughout each session. I find I look forward to my workouts.
